I'm so excited to share today's card with you! I love seeing the fantastic items available during Sale-a-bration (Jan - Feb 29 2024). They get better every year! These are the FREE items available to everyone with a qualifying purchase. This year is the first time I've seen a bundle that is a combination of a stamp set and an embossing folder and it's a winner for sure.
Introducing the Softly Sophisticated bundle, which is FREE with a $100 purchase. What a great bundle! The images in the stamp set are lovely and simple and the embossing folder has the most gorgeous pattern which shows up beautifully in Vellum.
I chose a springy color combination for this card and tried a few other color combinations as well. It looks great in so many different combinations. Adding the ribbon to loop back and forth balances out the stamped images and the 1/8" stitched Lemon Lime Twist ribbon is perfect.
The stamp set is a two step set, meaning there are two separate images meant to be combined to complete an image, and because they are Photopolymer they are so easy to create with. Having clear stamps and clear blocks makes it so easy to stamp exactly where you want to.
Gather Your Supplies:

- Balmy Blue cardstock
- card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 OR 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4
- Vellum cardstock
- Basic White cardstock
- 4 x 2-3/4
- 3 x 1-1/2 for punched label
- Lemon Lime Twist Classic Stampin' Pad
- Azure Afternoon Classic Stampin' Pad
- 1/8" Lemon Lime Twist ribbon - 12"
- Parakeet Party & Tahitian Tide Pearls
- Double Oval Punch

Here's How It's Made:
Insert Vellum cardstock into embossing folder. To get an even pattern, insert in center of sides and at top of pattern. This will give you an even pattern as shown here:
Ink leaf stamp with Lemon Lime Twist, stamp onto Basic White cardstock so upper edges of leaves are at edges of top and left sides. Rotate cardstock, re-ink and stamp again:
Ink flower cluster with Azure Afternoon, line up so small bud lands inside bud base, flowers should be inside opening in leaves. Stamp. Rotate cardstock, re-ink and stamp again:
Ink "You're In My Thoughts" with Azure Afternoon, stamp onto Basic White cardstock. Insert cardstock into scalloped oval punch, punch:
Adhere embossed vellum onto Balmy Blue folded card front, centering. Adhere Basic White stamped panel onto Vellum, centering.
Apply adhesive to backside of scalloped oval, loop Lemon Lime Twist ribbon back and forth so loop and ends will fill the white space area between the stamped images when attached to card. Place Stampin' Dimensionals on back after ribbon is positioned, adhere to center of card front.
Embellish with Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide In Color Pearls.
