Welcome to 2022! I'm so excited to share beautiful new products from the Jan-Jun mini catalog and SALE-a-bration! What a great way to start a new year...with new catalogs full of gorgeous items to get our creative juices flowing!
The Sentimental Swirls stamp set was a must have as it coordinates with two punches that are in the current annual catalog. I love when sets come out that coordinate with products that have been around for awhile. It is friendlier on the budget and simply expands how we can use the tools we already have. This set is a set comprised of many images to combine to create your personalized masterpiece. The font is simply beautiful! Since it's SALE-a-bration time I had to incorporate a FREE item, and the Simply Marbleous 6x6 Designer Series Papers provide the perfect backdrop!
Aren't those papers gorgeous! They truly could be the whole card with a simple sentiment! They have so much depth to them. You really have to touch them to realize it's only paper because looking at them you'd swear they are a soft velvety texture.
Gather Your Supplies:
- Sentimental Swirls Stamp Set
- Basic White Thick cardstock
- card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 OR 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4
- Simply Marbleous 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper
- 5-3/8 x 3 - swirl pattern
- 5-3/8 x 1 - marble pattern
- 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Velllum
- Basic White cardstock
- 4-1/2 x 3-1/4
- 2-1/2 x 1 (tag)
- scraps for flowers
- Pool Party Classic Stampin' Pad
- Pale Papaya Classic Stampin' Pad
- Mango Melody Classic Stampin' Pad
- Pool Party 3/8" Sheer ribbon - 4"

Here's How It's Made:
Adhere swirls print to upper front of card base. Adhere marbled print to lower front of card base, leaving a 1/8" space between the two prints for the white to peak through.
Cut Basic White panel with 4-3/8 x 3 Stitched Rectangle die. Ink large swirl stamp with Pool Party and stamp.
Ink the two small swirl stamps and stamp onto swirl as shown below:
Ink leaf outline stamp with Pool Party and stamp onto swirls. See above finished sample for placement. Ink 3-leaf fill stamp with Pool Party, stamp off onto grid paper first, then stamp inside leafe outlines.
Ink full flower stamp with Pale Papaya and stamp 5 flowers. Ink flower outline stamp with Mango Melody and stamp over full flowers. Align in flower part of Strawberry Builder punch, punch. adhere flowers at base of leaf stems. I used mini stampin' dimensionals to adhere a couple, and adhered the others with a mini glue dot to give some height differentiation.
Die cut Basic White and Shimmer Vellum tags using smallest tag with the angled corners. Ink "happy birthday" and stamp onto white tag. Thread Pool Party and Pale Papaya ribbon pieces through hole of both tags, fold together ribbon ends, and tie white baker's twine around ribbon near top of tag. Adhere tag to upper left corner of stamped swirl image piece.
Adhere assembled rectangle to card front at an angle so ribbon pieces extend above left top corner of card. Trim ribbon ends. Place sequins in center of each flower and one by the happy birthday.
