Friendly Hello birthday wishes

 Greetings!

SALE-a-bration time is always so rewarding!  Everyone, yes, everyone, has the opportunity to earn FREE product with a $50 or $100 order, and there is a wonderful selection to choose from!  Who doesn't love FREE?!

Today's card features a beautiful combination of a stamp set and papers that you can earn for FREE!  What a fun bundle this is.  The Friendly Hello papers are a gorgeous assortment of beautiful spring colors and the accompanying stamp set has images that can be stamped right onto the papers to accentuate the details!  Ingenious!  I chose to use a soft Petal Pink print that has white flowers and leaves scattered throughout.  It is a soft enough print that I stamped directly onto it, and then colored in a few details.  It's a reminder that we don't have to stamp onto cardstock for our stamped layer.  We CAN stamp directly onto the printed papers and still have the image be the focal point.

Isn't it lovely!  The color combination of Petal Pink and Gray Granite cardstock is so elegant and soft.  Blender pens and a little ink make the coloring quick and easy!

Here's How It's Made:

Apply adhesive to Petal Pink card base front between the 5-1/2 and 6-3/4 score lines.  Press to card base back to fuse together.  This gives you an actual opening of a 4-1/4 square with a "book bind" at the top.  Adhere Gray Granite cardstock panel to card front.

Ink bird on branch stamp with Basic Gray, and stamp onto petal pink/white floral print paper, near center.  Ink small flower/branch stamp with Basic Gray and stamp in upper left corner.

Lightly press Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron and Basic Gray ink pads onto clear blocks.  You should have some ink on each clear block.  Dip blender pen into the ink to grab ink and color in as follows:  Gray Granite; wings and tail feathers;  Mint Macaron; leaf veins and small leaf cluster, Calypso Coral; flowers.  Adhere panel to Gray Granite layer.

Ink "happiest..." with Petal Pink and stamp onto Basic White cardstock.  Adhere near top edge of "book bind" of card front, leaving enough space for ribbon between bottom of greeting piece and score line.

Wrap Gray Granite 1/4" shimmer ribbon around card, and tie knot.  Trim excess.

Adhere Expressions in Ink sequins to center of flowers.  Adhere Artistry blooms sequins around greeting.
