Penguin Place simple Christmas card

Greetings!

The Penguin Place Bundle which is comprised of the Penguin Place 28-piece photopolymer stamp set and the Penguin Builder Punch is a great set for all ages.  Penguins are so stinkin' adorable, and when you can punch them out it makes it quick and easy to create great cards.  The clear photopolymer stamps make it so fun to build the penguin's features and surroundings because you can see exactly where you're stamping!

Even though the stamp set includes a scarf, the Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon makes the perfect scarf to tie around the little penguin's neck so he can stay extra warm will playing out in the winter wonderland!  The little hat is adorable and super easy to cut out with the Paper Snips.

• card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 
• Basic White cardstock
• 4 x 4-1/2

Here's How It's Made:

Emboss top front of card base with the pine bough from the Wintry 3D Embossing Folders.

Ink "snowbank" stamp with Balmy Blue, stamp onto Basic White cardstock panel to create snowbank outline, re-ink and stamp twice more to create snow scape.  Use Paper Snips to trim off excess cardstock above top snowbank.

Ink tree stamp with Shaded Spruce, stamp tree onto snowbank line and stamp again without reinking.  Repeat once or twice to place your trees on each snow bank line.  Stamp one tree onto a scrap of Basic White and cut out using Paper Snips.

Ink "Be Chill..." with Pacific Point and stamp along bottom of Basic White cardstock panel.  Adhere panel to card base front.  Adhere cut out tree at top of snowscape line.

Punch penguin out of Basic Black, Basic White and feet from Pumpkin Pie.  Ink beak with Mango Melody and stamp onto white penguin body piece.  Ink eye stamp with Tuxedo Black Memento and stamp.  Ink hat stamp with Pacific Point and stamp onto white scrap.  Cut out with Paper Snips.

Build penguin.  Wrap Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon around penguin and tie.  Secure knot and edges of scarf with mini glue dots.  Adhere to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.  Place hat on top and adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals.
