Greetings!
Welcome to the Holiday Packaging Inspiration Hop!
I am very excited to share my Explosion Box with a Shaker Lid with you today! I rarely make boxes, and I've never made an explosion box before though I always admire them! The great news is it's not nearly as challenging as it looks!
Cute, right?
Here's what it looks like opened up!
The Painted Christmas Designer Series Papers provide the perfect papers to give this a very festive feel. The color combination of Real Red and Flirty Flamingo was so fun to work with and the Sequins for Everything have a fantastic array of colors which fit right in with the many shades of reds, pinks and gold tones of the prints.
The box is 2-3/4" square, so a great size for a fun little treat or gift as well as providing a pocket for tucking in a personalized note.
The Paper Trimmer is definitely the star of the show for giving you precise cutting and scoring for this project.
