Lovely Arrangements Just a Note Card

Greetings! 

Today's card features the Lovely Arrangements stamp & die bundle, where beautiful flowers meet elegant accents.  The stamps capture the beauty of the blooms in simple yet detail line art, while the dies allow you to effortlessly cut out flowers, leaves, and labels, as well as lovely accent features.

Beverly's Tip of the Day

Do you struggle with getting your dies lined up on stamped images, especially if there are stems such as the leaves on the card?  Here are a couple simple recommendations to help you get a more even edge around your die cuts.  

Firstly, when there are stems or long, thin pieces, there will be a hole near the end of that area of the die.  Look through the little hole and move until you can see the ink from your stamped image show fully through the hole. Make sure the rest of the die is lined up around the edges too. 

Secondly, use a sticky-note, or repositionable adhesive placed near the edges to hold the die in place once you've positioned it, .

Gather Your Supplies:

  • Lovely Arrangements bundle (Save 10% when you purchase stamp set & die with bundle item#)
  • Summer Splash cardstock 
    • card base 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4
  • Basic White cardstock
    • 4-1/2 x 3-1/2
    • scrap for label
  • Peach Pie cardstock
    • 2 x 2 for flower 
  • Pumpkin Pie cardstock
    • 3-1/2 x 1-1/4 for circles die 
  • Lemon Lime Twist cardstock
    • 3 x 1 for curved label die
    • 2-1/2 x 2-1/4 for leaf die 
  • Summer Splash Classic Stampin' Pad
  • Pumpkin Pie Classic Stampin' Pad
  • Lemon Lime Twist Classic Stampin' Pad
  • 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls 
  • Stampin' Dimensionals
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

Here's How It's Made:

Position background cut-out die onto Basic White cardstock, aligned at top edge, die cut.  Position onto remaining part of cardstock, die cut.  (You may have a line from where the die edge was, but it will be covered by the flower and label feature.)   Adhere to folded card front.


Die cut 2 rows of circles from Pumpkin Pie cardstock.  Trim down to 5 circles long and 2 wide, using scissors to trim off excess.


Ink full flower stamp with Pumpkin Pie, stamp onto Peach Pie cardstock, die cut.  Ink three leaf stamp with Lemon Lime Twist, stamp onto Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, die cut.  Die cut rounded edge label from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.



Adhere circle feature below center, aligned at right edge of Basic White cardstock.  Adhere Lemon Lime Twist label centered on circles.  Adhere leaves at left edge, facing down, adhere flower at upper part of leaves, with Stampin' Dimensionals, making sure to leave enough space for the message.


Die cut small label from Basic White cardstock.  Ink message with Summer Splash, stamp near right side of label.  Adhere label to Lemon Lime Twist rounded label, tucking left edge under flower.


Embellish with Orange Flat Pearls.
