Greetings!
Did you know that in China peach blossoms are believed to represent longevity, and are considered a sacred plant? Upon learning this, I had a big aha and wanted to make a card highlighting peach blossoms. The You're A Peach Designer Series Papers have gorgeous peach blossom prints, so it was simply a matter of picking which print to use. It took a few tries to get the right cardstock colors to bring these blossoms to life, but I am really pleased with the combination of the Cherry Cobbler and Blushing Bride colors. The Scalloped Contours dies provide beautiful frames and I love these dies because the scalloped edge on each die has a unique feature. The larger one on this card has the cut outs all along the edge, and the smaller one has slits inside the scalloped edge. You'll see a close-up of this detail further down this post.

This card is so simple. It's just a cardstock layer with a paper print, a smaller cardstock layer to frame the message, and a couple embellishments. But it looks so much richer than that with scalloped edges on layers and the gorgeous peach blossoms print as the inspiration to bring it all together.

Here's How It's Made:
Die cut scalloped frames from Cherry Cobbler cardstock pieces.
Wrap White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon around peach blossom print, and tie a bow. Position ribbon with bow on left side, leaving room for small scalloped rectangle to fit beside it. Adhere to large Cherry Cobbler scalloped panel, and adhere to Blushing Bride card front.
Ink "Celebrate the..." with Cherry Cobbler and stamp onto Basic White cardstock. Adhere to small Cherry Cobbler scalloped rectangle, adhere to peach blossom layer as shown above.
Embellish with Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Here's what the inside looks like:
Die cut a 4-3/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Basic White cardstock with the stitched scalloped die. Ink "You make..." with Cherry Cobbler and stamp onto panel. Adhere to inside of card.Fussy cut a couple peach blossoms and a bud stem and adhere.
