Greetings!
The Rain or Shine Designer Series Papers (DSP) feature so many adorable critters playing in the rain. Many of the animals are shown in multiple skin (fur) colors and have shirts and accessories in more than one color. This is great for using two or more of the same character on a card, yet they are all a little different, just like we are. 😊
The papers are designed with some of the creatures sized to be cut out using the coordinating Playing in the Rain dies. This is a welcome feature as the coloring is already done, so all you have to do is die cut them out and put them on your card. There are additional animals that are sized perfectly to punch out with the Decorative Circle punch, which is what I did for this card. Punching out a couple of the beautiful prints included in this DSP makes for a quick, easy, adorable card.
Gather Your Supplies:
- Very Best Occasions stamp set
- Smoky Slate cardstock
- card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 OR 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4
- Basic White cardstock
- 5-1/4 x 4 panel
- Rain or Shine Designer Series Paper
- Splatter print in pinks and yellows for circle punch
- small white print on pink for circle punch
- Basic Gray Classic Stampin' Pad
- Decorative Circle punch
- Dots & Spots die
- Loose Daisy embellishments

Here's How It's Made:
Die cut Basic White panel with Dots & Spots die. Adhere to Smoky Slate folded card front.
Punch out little dancing dog, and both prints from DSP using the Decorative Circle punch. Ink "You're the best ever!" with Basic Gray, stamp onto splatter print circle. Adhere all three to card front at angle from upper left to lower right, using Stampin' Dimensionals, with center circle overlapping the other two.
