Greetings!
As I was paging through the catalog for inspiration today, a paper pieced layout caught my eye. At the moment my selection of stamp sets to choose from is somewhat limited as a good portion of my inventory is on the Last Chance List. I want to share cards that are using items that are continuing for another year so I chose the Country Bouquet stamp set along with the Biggest Wish stamp set.
After trying quite a few different image combinations for each piece I finally landed on what felt right and here's the finished card.
It truly is a simple card. It just took me forever to come up with a combination of background stamped images that seemed to work together well for the overall look. It's fun to challenge yourself with a stamp set that has a variety of images and see what you can put together. I encourage you to give it a try. This area is one of my struggles and I love challenging myself to make it work. I really like the way it turned out as I hope you do too.
The Country Bouquet stamp set was introduced this year with the launch of the Jan-April 2023 mini catalog. It is bundled with the Country Bouquet punch. If you want the bundle, order it before May 1st, as bundled items include a 10% discount. They will no longer be bundled in the 2023-2024 annual catalog.

Here's How It's Made:
Ink small open heart stamp with Coastal Cabana, stamp at various angles on Coastal Cabana cardstock, re-inking stamp each time. Ink branch stamp with Coastal Cabana, stamp at various angles on Coastal Cabana cardstock in between small hearts, re-inking stamp each time.
Ink outlined heart stamp with Sweet Sorbet, stamp onto Sweet Sorbet cardstock left of center. Ink small solid heart stamp with Sweet Sorbet, stamp near lower right edge of outlined heart stamp. Ink "I love you" with Sweet Sorbet, stamp onto Gray Granite cardstock.
Ink "friend" with Flirty Flamingo, stamp onto Basic White cardstock piece, adhere to Flirty Flamingo cardstock. Ink leafy stem with Flirty Flamingo, stamp left of Basic White "friend" piece, with top of stem angling towards upper left corner.
Adhere Flirty Flamingo cardstock piece at bottom of Basic White card front, with equal borders at sides and bottom. Adhere Coastal Cabana cardstock piece along upper right edge of card front, with right edge aligning with right edge of Flirty Flamingo piece. Adhere Sweet Sorbet cardstock piece on upper left of card front, with top and left edges aligning with other cardstock pieces. Adhere Gray Granite cardstock piece below Sweet Sorbet, aligning with edges of other pieces.
Embellish with Pastel adhesive-backed Pearls.
