Here's How It's Made:

With scissors, make a 1/4" cut in center of short end of Pool Party cardstock panel, then cut diagonally from outside corners to 1/4" cut to create banner edge. Adhere to folded card front 3/8" down from top, adhere DSP panel over banner so both top and bottom of banner show.

Adhere die cut 2-1/8 circle in center of DSP panel, adhere Cloud Cover ribbon to cover bottom of circle, then adhere Misty Moonlight ribbon, slightly overlapping top of Cloud Cover ribbon and offset to left.

Ink teacup stamp with Mossy Meadow, stamp onto Pool Party cardstock, die cut.  Die cut large flower cluster from Shaded Spruce, small branch from Old Olive.  Ink sentiment with Mossy Meadow, stamp onto Basic White cardstock, fussy cut around sentiment.

Adhere teacup with bottom on Misty Moonlight ribbon, covering left side of circle die cut.  Peel protective backing from branch, adhere with bottom of stem in teacup "opening".  Peel protective backing from flower cluster, trim off bottom couple of flowers, adhere over branch with bottom flowers in "opening" of teacup.  Adhere sentiment in lower right of circle, overlapping teacup edge and ribbon.

Embellish with large and small blue and green Dear Dots.
