Irresistible Blooms Diagonal DSP Thank You Cards

 Greetings!

I recently learned a way to use one 6 x 6 sheet of DSP, frame it, and cut it in such a way as to use a portion on four cards with each card being unique from the other three.  It's a great way to do up a few cards quickly and show off the beautiful colors and prints from the papers you select.

For today's cards, I chose the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Papers (DSP) which are part of the Hello, Irresistible Suite Collection;  an online exclusive.  These papers feature a beautiful array of colors, including the newly re-introduced Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock. I chose prints including these two colors along with Soft Sea Foam, which are gorgeous together.

As you can see, each card has an angled panel of a secondary print, but no two are positioned the same.  It's a fun way to create multiple cards without all of them being identical.

Notice how perfectly the "thank you" fits inside this label from the All That Dies.  It's as if it was made just for it!  A few Loose Frosted Dots, which are also part of the Hello, Irresistible Collection, provides a wonderful finishing touch.

Here's How It's Made:
Adhere 5-3/4" square DSP to 6" square Basic White cardstock.

Flip assembled piece over and measure and mark 1-3/4" from all four corners with a pencil.  Draw lines diagonally to opposite edges, then cut on those lines.  This will give you four pieces.

Adhere each of the four pieces to the four 5-1/4 x 4 DSP pieces.  Here's what it will look like:

Adhere each assembled panel to a Basic White Thick folded card base.

Ink "thank you" with Lost Lagoon, stamp onto Basic White cardstock, die cut with label die.  Ink small 3 leaf stamp with Lost Lagoon, stamp onto Basic White cardstock, die cut.  Adhere leaf die cut to bottom right corner of "thank you" label.

Adhere to card front, centering.

Embellish with Pretty Peacock Loose Frosted Dots.
