The Beautifully Penned Designer Series Papers are lovely!. They feature prints and patterns that are suggestive of a chalkboard black with white which gives them a nice aged look and is softer than solid black and white. They are so pretty it was too hard to use just one so this card features three of the prints in 1-1/4" strips to create the background. The feathers add a perfect touch!! They feel magical. The Positive Thoughts stamp set is where these lovely feathers come from and the cut and embossed feather is from the coordinating Nature's Thoughts dies, which has the die to cut out the stamped feathers as well.

Here's How It's Made:
Adhere 3 strips of Designer Series Paper to card front, spacing evenly side to side.
Grid Paper protects your work surface and makes alignment of layers a breeze with the built in grid and ruler edges.
Stamp feathers - one with Petal Pink, one with Smoky Slate, center in feather die and run through Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Cut one Basic White large embossed feather. Rub Blending Brush on Smoky Slate Classic Stampin' Pad and very lightly brush over embossed feather to give it a light gray tone.
Use circular motions to apply color for best results when using Blending Brushes.
Ink "There is Magic..." with Smoky Slate, stamp onto Basic White piece.
Adhere message tag and feathers using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Tie Silver trim into bow, adhere with mini glue dot.
Adhere (adhesive-backed) Champagne Rhinestones with Take Your Pick Tool.
The Take Your Pick Tool makes attaching small pieces easy and precise. Use the Putty Tip for easy grabbing and placement of small embellishments.
