Biggest Wish Color & Contour

 Greetings!

Sometimes you simply need a card with a Happy Hello, and the Biggest Wish stamp set delivers just that...and more!  With a combination of large block letter words and smaller scripted words, you can combine them for your own custom messages.  The words are nice and large to make your message stand out, and small enough to work with many of the punches.  This card features the Tailored Tag punch.  

The background paper was created using the flower and leaf stamps from the Color & Contour stamp set.  This flower is a two-step flower, meaning one stamp is for the outline, and a separate stamp for the fill.  The little x's are an accent stamp included in the Biggest Wish stamp set, giving the perfect finishing touch for this background.

A Bright & Sunny Happy Hello

The pairing of Mango Melody and Pale Papaya is beautiful!  The flower outlines are stamped in Pale Papaya with the center fill stamped with the Mango Melody.  Pear Pizzazz is used for the leaf stamp, and is also the cardstock color for the offset punched pieces framing the message.  A few of the Artistry Blooms adhesive-backed sequins are the perfect colors to fill in the center of the flower and give a little sparkle to the message tag. For added texture, the card base is scored every 1/2" in both directions using the Simply Scored © Scoring Tool.

• Mango Melody card base - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, scored and folded at 4-1/4, or 4-1/4 x 11, scored and folded at 5-1/2
• Pale Papaya - 4-1/4 x 3-1/2
• Basic White - 4-1/2 x 3, 2-1/2 x 1-3/4 for tag, 5-1/4 x 4 (for inside)

Assembly Tips & Techniques:

• Stamp flower outline in Pale Papaya randomly on white cardstock.  Stamp flower fill in Mango Melody.  Stamp little x clusters in Pale Papaya.  Leaves are stamped with Pear Pizzazz.  Adhere stamped piece onto Pale Papaya cardstock
• On small white cardstock piece, stamp "Happy" with Pale Papaya, and "hello" with Pear Pizzazz.  Line up and punch using Tailored Tag punch.
• Punch Pear Pizzazz cardstock twice, and align one tag to the left and up of white tag, the second to the right and below.  Adhere to back of white tag.  Apply adhesive to back of assembled tag layers, adhere ribbon in a zigzag pattern. 
• To score card front; for the 4-1/4" width, score starting at 5/8" from edge, and score every 1/2", ending 5/8" from other edge.  For 5-1/2" length, score starting at 1/2", and score every 1/2". 
• Adhere layers onto card front.  Adhere tag w/ribbon using Stampin' Dimensionals.  Adhere sequins to center of one flower and to the message tag.
