Greetings!
This past weekend I was part of a wonderful customer event with the DO Stamper STARS, of which I am a team member. The event ended with a Mystery Card Challenge; clues are given of what to select, cut and gather. (all items listed below) Verbal directions are given, and then everyone shares their finished project. It's so fun to see the different interpretations of the instructions, and the creativity of everyone. No two are alike!
That's the true FUN of creativity. There's no right or wrong! It's all about creating something that brings you joy! And on those days where you're feeling a little challenged about coming up with an idea, a Mystery Card Challenge is a great way to get started.
Here's my finished project:
This card uses the gorgeous Bloom Where You're Planted DSP paired with the Color & Contour stamp set. A short piece of a contrasting ribbon slipped into the space before the knot is tied tight is a great way to add a little extra interest. The Holiday Rhinestone basic jewels come in a beautiful variety of jewels tones to bring a sparkle to your projects.
Here were the clues for our Mystery Stamping Challenge: My selections are listed in color:
