Greetings!
I recently participated in a swap with some of my longtime stampin' friends, and the theme was to make a monochromatic card. When I think of monochromatic, for some reason my first thought is always using neutrals, and I didn't want to do that. Any color works for a monochromatic theme, and since daisies come in a multitude of colors, the Cheerful Daisies bundle seemed the perfect choice. Now to narrow down the colors. Yellow seemed too obvious, so I selected Berry Burst and Fresh Freesia, then added in Bubble Bath and Blackberry Bliss to round it out.
The Countryside Corners dies provided the perfect layer shape to mount the daisies onto, and the smallest die works beautifully for the message. Don't you just love when things work out that way!
The print from the Masterfully Made Designer Series Papers (DSP) helps soften the background and blend all the shades together. It's hard to see in the photo, but a little Wink of Stella is brushed onto the center of the daisies to give them a little shimmer.
Gather Your Supplies:

- card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 OR 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4

Here's How It's Made:
Adhere DSP print to Berry Burst folded card base, centering.
Die cut Bubble Bath cardstock with 4 x 2-1/2 Countryside Corners die. Adhere Adhesive Sheet to Blackberry Bliss cardstock. Die cut delicate twiggy die, peel backing off, adhere to right center of Bubble Bath piece.
Ink each individual daisy fill stamp with Fresh Freesia, stamp onto remaining piece of Bubble Bath cardstock, leaving room in between each one for die cutting. Ink each individual outline daisy stamp with Berry Burst, stamp over each corresponding fill stamped image. Ink daisy centers with Blackberry Bliss, stamp. Die cut all three daisies out. Adhere small full daisy in upper center over stem of Blackberry Bliss die cut. Adhere profile daisy at top and large full daisy at bottom, both with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Ink "Oops-a-Daisy..." with Berry Burst, stamp onto Fresh Freesia cardstock. Die cut with message at right edge of die.
Adhere daisy panel near left edge of card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. Tuck message left edge under panel, adhere.
Brush Wink of Stella onto center of each flower. Embellish with Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.
