It's the time of year when the evenings get dark earlier, the temps are cooling down, and the leaves are starting to show their gorgeous fall colors. What better way to honor the season than with a card made with the beautiful Autumn Leaves bundle. This bundle is chock full of beautiful stamps, great sentiments and fantastic dies to cut out and emboss leaves, and also has great labels and subtle textures to use for enhancing your backgrounds. Love, love, love this bundle!
One of the things that becomes a challenge from time to time is the supply issues that Stampin' Up! encounters, just like everywhere else does. With that being said, even though the Autumn Leaves bundle is available, some of the other items included in this collection aren't available right now, so I love to see what else I can use to still make a great card. The Let's Go Fishing Designer Series Papers (DSP) provide wonderful prints in colors that compliment the fall color palette I was looking for, so I opted to use them. I am so happy with how lovely they look!
Isn't that a wonderful shape for the label! And I love that the dies also include the tiny little banner that the "
TODAY & EVERY DAY" fits in. It makes for a really fun way to layer the message, and what a fabulous message it is. A reminder of how important gratitude is and that we can be grateful every day 😊

- card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored & folded at 5-1/2 OR 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored & folded at 4-1/4
- Lemon Lolly cardstock
- Crushed Curry cardstock

- Lemon Lime Twist cardstock
- Very Vanilla cardstock

Here's How It's Made:
Ink Oak leaf vein stamp with Crumb Cake, stamp onto Crumb Cake map print DSP twice, re-inking between stamping, as shown on photo below. Position small dotted line die near upper left, run through Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, then position near lower right and run through machine again, as shown below. Adhere to upper Pecan Pie cardstock folded card front.
Ink Maple Leaf stamp with Crushed Curry, stamp onto Lemon Lolly cardstock. Ink Oak leaf stamp with Cherry Cobbler, stamp onto Crushed Curry cardstock. Ink pair of Elm leaves with Old Olive, stamp onto Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Die cut all three leaves with matching outline dies. Adhere onto map DSP portion of card with leaves facing different directions, overlapping at stems, with Maple leaf on top.
Adhere Pecan Pie diagonal plaid print at bottom of Pecan Pie card front, leaving a 1/4" gap between upper DSP print and plaid DSP strip.
Die cut label measuring 2-1/2 x 1 from Very Vanilla cardstock. Ink "with a grateful heart" with Old Olive, stamp in upper half of die cut label. Die cut small banner piece from Crushed Curry cardstock, ink "today & every day" with Old Olive, stamp onto die cut piece.
Adhere label below leaf cluster, centering over gap between DSP pieces. Adhere small banner piece onto label, below and to the right of the message, as shown below.
Embellish with Crumb Cake large and small adhesive-backed Speckled Dots.
