Greetings!
Today's card features the Blooming Phrases stamp set on a panel with two sides die cut from a Perennial Postage die to create a fun edge feature.
Techniques include two and three step stamping to create the flowers and sentiment.
I was looking at the online samples included with the Blooming Phrases stamp set, and realized the stems for the flowers are created by using the extended curved part of the stamp that is on the end of each phrase. Very clever! All details are shown below.

Here's How It's Made:
Place Basic White cardstock inside largest Perennial Postage die so only one long and one short edge are die cut.
To create stems for flowers, I have circled the stamps you'll be using, as shown on the insert included with the stamp set.
Cover bottom 1-1/4" of die cut edge with sticky notes. Ink line extending to right of "because" with Granny Apple Green, stamp onto Basic White cardstock above post it note edge to create a flower stem. Ink and repeat 5 more times, spacing approximately one inch apart. Ink leaf stamps with Granny Apple Green and stamp on each stem. Note that the tallest stem uses a single leaf repeatedly stamped.
Remove sticky notes, adhere panel to Soft Sea Foam folded card front.
Ink "just because" with Granny Apple Green, stamp onto Soft Sea Foam cardstock strip. Ink extension beyond "because" with Granny Apple Green, match end of stamp to beginning of letter "j", stamp, creating the same curved extension on the front of the greeting. Ink leafy stamp with Granny Apple Green, stamp onto stem extension, re-ink and repeat for other end.
Adhere strip to card front at bottom of flowers with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Embellish with dragonfly.
